Electric Hydra Support: Mass Rift

ELECTRIC HYDRA formed winter 2017 after a night out where the members met for the first time. With a common love for KYUSS, FU MANCHU, ENTOMBED and BLACK SABBATH they rehearsed the day after and haven’t looked back since. The first studio session was released on Spotify and that was followed by gigs with LUCIFER, FREDAG DEN 13:E, SPIDERS, SCUMBAG MILLIONAIRE, ELECTRIC EEL SHOCK, BULLET, PUFFBALL and PABLO MATISSE.

The debut 7 inch is released to coincide with shows at SWR BARROSELAS METAL FEST and SWEDEN ROCK FESTIVAL. The single was recorded and mixed at Nacksving Studios in October 2018 along with Kim Ruiz. Mastered by Dennis Åhman and released on Moondawn May 31, 2019.

New material will be recorded in Welfare Studios in August 2019 together with Per Ståhlberg and Kalle Lilja. More gigs are confirmed from August 2019 and onwards, including the Malmö Festival, Skövde In Rock and Fuzz Festival.
